How to Restore Purchase

Restore Purchase is a feature that allows users to retrieve previous purchases or features they have bought without needing to pay again.

After buying Premium on your iPad, simply log in using the same iCloud account on your iPhone and use the "Restore Purchase" option to activate Premium on your iPhone.
For instance, when switching to a new device, you only need to log in with the iCloud account that made the Premium purchase and use the "Restore Purchase" option to grant Premium access on the new device.
If you deleted the App and redownload the app again, you can use "Restore Purchase" to grant Premium access again.

Step 1: Open CollaNote

Step 2: On the top left corner of the screen, select the crown button.

Step 3: A window will appear, click on the "Restore Purchase" button and confirm to restore the purchase.
